Mentioning pagan gods more than you know

Did you know that you’re saying the names of the various pagan gods more than you even thought? Most likely on a daily basis. It happens anytime you mention a day in a week regarding anything. Why? Because they are named to honor the pagan gods. How did this start?

Babylon connection

Ah yes, as anything else that is worldly this also has roots in the ancient Babylon. Moreover, as a society based on religion and magic they then arranged their whole life on temples and religion. There is archeological evidence that temples became the most prominent aspects of cities, and society. Often being expanded and upgraded over time, with hundreds of servants on their property. Many cities would have more than one temple, and as much as several of them within its borders.

Why am I saying this? Because if you read the Bible, the modern world/society begins (after the flood) and ends with the Babylonian system. When God puts a stop to it as our Lord and Messiah Yeshua (Jesus). In the way He predicted, and that’s bound to happen. Nothing can change it so don’t even bother.

Now, Babylonians named their days to honor the most important gods they served. You will often hear that Mesopotamia (Babylon) is a “cradle of civilization”; and this is true to some extent. This is where it starts. This is where people spread from everywhere around the world and so on.

Further development

We mentioned the statue prophecy from Daniel 2, that depicts the major lineage of the Babylonian system. It would be good to familiarise yourself with that first.

Now, down this line of the Babylonian system we have the empires inheriting each other. Sometimes they exist at the same time but the power starts switching from one to another. Until the other one is surpassed. So we have Romans. Adopting titles, culture, mythology, occultism and other things around politics and society in general to continue to carry on as predicted.

So they start naming days as it was done in the Babylon. Gods have their days. Keep in mind. these people and communities, levers of power, the rulers aren’t scattered bricks. There is a power holding it all together, as a cement in a wall. The power of spirits working for Satan, the evil one. They work in the shadows and inspire or instruct people in these dark arts and deeds.

Humans don’t just transfer this system on their own and give it functionality and life. It is a part of Satanic kingdom on this world. Pay attention, God clearly emphasizes this in the Holy Bible. Over and over.

It’s important to know.

Modern powers continuing the system

So after Rome “fell” the rest of the world continued to follow in its footsteps. The Germanic invasions of the empire brought a new way of applying the old. Pagan Germanic gods.

Comparison showing which Germanic gods replaced Roman ones

The pagan Roman gods got replaced by the Germanic ones in the areas where those people lived. That is Western Europe in general. To be able to switch and continue Babylon the Great, these nations had to adopt everything required by the system. Let’s take a look which gods are represented by the names of days in English (that is also Germanic).

We can see a bit of a mixture. Most importantly Saturday and Sunday. Sunday is a holy day in Babylonian System. It is called Shamash, dedicated to the Sun god. Shamash. Therefore Romans had Sunday as a holy day. Instead of the Sabbath of God.

Shamash- symbols and importance of Sun-day

Here we see a tablet that shows Shamash, the sun-god, holding the rod and ring, symbols of divine authority. Therefore the Sunday as the holy day in Babylonian system. Four pointed star is a symbol of Shamash. That is, its male energy aspect, and four pointed curvy one is a female aspect.

It also represents the solar wheel and seasons and appointed rituals for each of them. Occult practice and symbolism cover many aspects at the same time.

Where is it also used? This symbol? Very powerful one for the magic of the Babylon. Remember that there were mages trying to counter the power of God done through Moshe (Moses)? Well, that’s that magic.

It’s also used in the Vatican as the most important element of their occultism. Of course being the centre of Babylon the Great, it comes as a no surprise at all. This is one of the reasons they are aiming to kill Jews for centuries now.

So why is this so important, and bad?

First of all lets take a brief look at what these Satanists did.

And the men of Babylon have made Succoth-Benoth, and the men of Cuth have made Nergal, and the men of Hamath have made Ashima, and the Avites have made Nibhaz and Tartak, and the Sepharvites are burning their sons with fire to Adrammelech and Anammelech, gods of Sepharvim. – 2 Kings 17:31

This pretty much covers it. So these people under the influence of evil spirits (the fallen angels) are the servants of devil. They are participants in this satanic kingdom in the world. That’s why the rituals and sacrifices. Still going on today. Even in the western “developed world”.

Most important to know regarding this is what God says in Exodus 20

א “I am Adonai your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the abode of slavery.

ב “You are to have no other gods before me. You are not to make for yourselves a carved image or any kind of representation of anything in heaven above, on the earth beneath or in the water below the shoreline. You are not to bow down to them or serve them; for I, Adonai your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sins of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, but displaying grace to the thousandth generation of those who love me and obey my mitzvot.

Some instructions regarding false gods:

A righteous man falling down before the wicked is as a troubled fountain, and a corrupt spring. – Proverbs 25:26

and in all that which I have said unto you ye do take heed; and the name of other gods ye do not mention; it is not heard on thy mouth. – Exodus 23:13

So the Way is clear. Then, once you know this what is the way to carry on in the nations that took pagan gods to honor their days? Especially in English nations.

Be among them, but be aware of these things. That’s how they call their days. Even if your background is from English people or the colonies, the blood of Yeshua the Messiah makes you different. Then your people are God’s people. Different kingdoms you two belong to. So be mindful of that. Using the days as they call them can’t be changed within their lands and they won’t understand you if you’re using other names of the days. However, be mindful of this, and know how to talk to God. Ask Him about it.
